There are a few changes to the Magic the Gathering schedule for the month of May. Due to the Teen Stick It Night, the group will not meet Friday, May 11th. The group will also take off Friday, May 25th for Memorial Day Weekend.

The Friends of the Kinderhook Library Book Clearance Sale will be held Saturday, May 12 from 9 to 2 at the Feed and Seed Building on Hudson Street near the Library. Prices will be slashed to move books and make room for donations coming in for the June sale. The Library staff has spent months carefully weeding the collection, and this is a great time to pick up a treasured favorite or a hidden gem. Beautifully illustrated Garden Books will be available at Friends table at the Garden Club Plant Sale in the Village Square from 9 to 12. Pick up wonderful perennials and then stroll down to the Feed and Seed for more bargains.
